- When representing Karen Mayer Cunningham, Special Education Academy, and/or the Partner program please remember to
- Dress professionally at all times, Blazer attire is perfect!
- Profanity of any kind is not acceptable and it is grounds for immediate termination.
- Please be mindful of Social Media posting, the music, the context, etc.
- Remember that not only are you a reflection of YOUR brand, but also Karen, the SEA Team, and the other partners.

- Referral Rotation
- We use a rotating list for assignments UNLESS the person requesting assistance has specifically requested an Advocate, at which point the request will be accommodated.
- “Pause” or “Tap Out” of Referral rotation – We completely understand these requests, please let us (email Aleshia) know in advance if at all possible.
